These wooden boards were found in an old country house. Cowsheds were sometimes inside the country houses, next to the kitchen. Bimba and Brunetta were the two cows of the family. The farmer had devoted himself to a calligraphic art and wrote the names of the two cows out of cut letter shapes. The tough affection of the farmer, constrained by hard work and sacrifice, unconsciously gave to the animal kingdom, which actually needs no name to exist, a sort of state of semi-eternity, exceeding the farmer's life length.
